Magnifique!

Bonjour to you! Today was one very special day. In the morning, we participated in a mass at Le Catedral de St. Etienne where we got to open the service singing "Cantique de Jean Racine" that was met with such openess and gratitude u the parishioners. When we were introduced afterwards, they said "you make our hearts happy with your singing". The morning was followed by lunch excursions on our own where we got to enjoy true French food!

After a quick guided tour of the city of Toulouse, we returned to St. Etienne for our first tour concert. All the groups sang so beautifully, and we were greeted with such lovely sentiments by the audience members. A professional independent film maker heard is at the service in the morning, and then he came back to record the concert!!

The students were incredible all day with being in time and looking out for one another, as well as respectful while touring the cathedrals... Good job, mom and dads! You've raised truly amazing young adults! They brought so much joy to people's lives today-each others, our chaperones, and the Toulouse community.

Tomorrow we head to the fortified city of Carcassone-stay tuned!

Bon nuit.
